The service available today

Instagram Video Saver is an independent website brand, not an Instagram or Meta service. A legal entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction have not been supplied; these terms do not assign invented details.

The Instagram Video Downloader retrieves exposed public post videos, photos and Reel files, with a current 100 MB file limit. Browser MP3 conversion accepts supported audio from source videos up to 25 MB and five minutes. Stories, Highlights, anonymous Story viewing and ZIP batch downloads are not currently supported. A valid link does not guarantee retrieval.

Copyright, privacy and permission

Only use media workflows where you own the content or have the necessary authorization and a lawful basis. Public availability, creator credit or personal use alone does not automatically grant permission to copy, distribute or reuse content.

Respect creators, account privacy, applicable laws and the terms of any source service. Do not attempt to bypass private-account restrictions, access controls or account security. We do not offer private-account access or request Instagram credentials.

Acceptable use of this website

Do not use the website to infringe rights, harass others, distribute unlawful content or expose personal information. Do not interfere with site operation, exploit security flaws or submit stolen credentials or account tokens.

Use the reporting route below if you believe material on this website infringes your rights. An Instagram source post is controlled by its uploader and Instagram, not by this website.

Guides and third-party services

Our Instagram downloader guides provide general instructions and troubleshooting. Device interfaces and third-party features can change; check the source service's current instructions before relying on a specific workflow.

We do not control external sites, their availability or their policies. This website does not grant a licence to their content, guarantee a particular resolution, promise anonymity or certify the security of another service.

Availability and your legal rights

The service may change or be unavailable. No guaranteed processing time, media quality, recovery outcome or response deadline is offered. Use your own judgement and keep an authorized backup of material you are entitled to retain.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. This page does not claim that personal use is always lawful or that all liability can be disclaimed.
