What this policy covers

Instagram Video Saver is the website brand responsible for this notice. It is independent of Instagram and Meta. The site's published operator address and legal entity have not yet been specified.

The Instagram Video Downloader retrieves media exposed on public Instagram post pages. Our server requests the post page and available file from Instagram; we do not use your Instagram account or credentials.

Links, usernames and clipboard access

The download handler sends your public post link to our server, which requests that page and its available media from Instagram. Media passes through our server to your browser. MP3 conversion processes retrieved audio locally in browser memory. We do not intentionally save submitted links or files to an application database; hosting diagnostics and transient request memory are separate.

The Paste control requests clipboard access only when you select it and your browser permits it. You can paste manually instead. Do not paste Instagram passwords, account tokens, private messages or sensitive personal information.

Hosting, diagnostics and browser storage

Serving a website exposes request information such as IP address, browser details and requested page to hosting systems. Where enabled, error reporting can include the page route and error details. We cannot claim that all infrastructure keeps no logs.

These tools do not require an application account. Hosting or platform services may process technical information separately. We have not verified every platform cookie or retention setting, so this policy does not make a blanket no-cookie, no-tracking or fixed-deletion promise.

Information you send by email

If you write to instagramvideosaver@gmail.com, your email address, message and any attachments are processed through email services so we can handle the enquiry. Sending an email is optional and is not required to read the guides.

Include only information needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or identification documents unless an appropriate, secure verification process has first been agreed. A fixed email-retention schedule has not yet been established.

External links and other services

Links to Instagram, official documentation or other websites take you to services with their own policies. We do not control their collection practices. Your email provider also handles messages under its own service terms.

Privacy requests and policy changes

You can request information about an enquiry you sent, ask for correction, or request deletion of information associated with it. Available rights, exemptions and response requirements depend on applicable law; we do not invent a jurisdiction or promise a universal deadline.

Use the Contact page for privacy enquiries and identify the email or message concerned without supplying unnecessary sensitive data. We may need proportionate verification before acting on a request.

Our Terms of Service explain permitted use of the service and independent responsibility for media rights. Material changes to data processing will require this notice to be revised.
